Well, Symbiote_Sabre, I don't often play Domination, but I can try. If you want to play with people who are around your skill-level (assuming that you're fairly above average at the game), I suggest not allowing admittance to just about everyone who applies. It's not to late. Remove those who are hurting your clan from your friends list, and hold annual try-outs. With those try-outs, hold a high-level standard on choosing people to be accepted. You'll eventually grow a comfortable sized clan, whos members can greatly help you out, and help your clan to grow.

Yea, Nearly all of the members go online very Reguraly, Its Just that im all the way in the Other Side of the World, But Obviously we dont let gaming get into our way of our studies, i would say that many of us are around 7-8 And About 30% of our members have headsets . But Mor people are buying some soon .
